         Bob has been working with us at Operation Nehemiah since July, when he happened upon our organization in an unusual way.  Bob came through New Orleans in the midst of a bicycle journey across the United States to raise support for veterans.  Himself a veteran of the Persian Gulf War and the 1989 Panama conflict, Bob feel very strongly about supporting veterans.  You can read a story that Schwinn wrote about him here.
         While with Operation Nehemiah, Bob has served as a handyman, a construction worker in the community, and, for a time, our resident chef.  He has 32 years of restaurant cooking experience.  We are glad to have Bob on staff!
